Thatcode was P040b. As it is Emissions related, I took it to the dealer for repair. The dealer initially diagnosed it as a Temp Sensor for the EGR Cooler and replaced it. The light came back on shortly there after accompanied by another code, P245b. Back to the dealer who this time diagnosed a bad vacuum line (with a valve).
